Application Suggestions-

One of the main goals while using the Neuophone® will be to decrease the gain levels (volume) of the output over time. As you are training yourself to hear ultrasonically through your saccule, you will find that over time you are able to hear the output of the Neurophone® at a seemingly higher volume even though you are turning down the gain.

Pink noise positionFor meditiation: Pink noise, also known as 1/F noise, is a favorite for meditation and relaxation. Listening to the pink noise has been said to be Transducer placementanalagous to listening to a waterfall in the distance. The integrated pink noise generator in the GPF-1011 DSP provides pink noise on demand by switching the the three-position toggle toward the "pink noise" designator. Place the transducers on your temples and perform your meditation as normal. Allow the pink noise to take your mind from your daily affairs and relax your mind.

For external audio (With headphones): For external audio sources, such as books on tape or foreign languages, attach the three-way splitter (supplied) into the output of your CD or cassette player. Attach the audio extension cable (supplied) to the splitter, as shown. Headphones may be attached to the second opening on the splitter. Attach the other end of the audio extension to the input of the GPF-1011 DSP front panel. Toggle the power switch to the "external" position and you will be playing the audio sound modulated ultrasonically through the Neurophone®.

For external audio (without headphones): Attach the audio extension cable from the output of the CD or cassette player to the "input" of the GPF-1011 DSP front panel. Toggle the power switch to the "external" position.
